Hemophilia is a hereditary Lifelong disease resulting from lack of one of the blood clotting factors due to which, the affected individual spontaneously or through the smallest trauma or lesion will suffer ceaseless hemorrhage. In addition to the stub boon hemophilia disease, the afflicted patients suffer from extended arterial infirmities , viral infections , poverty , deprivation , and many other difficulties. 

Navid noor, multi purpose cooperation, belongs to hemophilia patients, in which all members are hemophilic patients. Navid Noor, with assistance on behalf of the hemophilia center, under supervision of the elected board of directors of all hemophilia patients, as well as the supervision of the creditable Mojaraban Pouya, Auditing and Inspection Institute as legal inspector and auditor, has proposed and executed projects with the aim of decreasing the pains and sufferings of the hurting hemophilia patients and providing effective services to the society and our country as below:

 1. Providing direct employment for hemophilia patients through commissioning the production, industrial and service projects.

2. Execution of the national screening plan to diagnose carriers of hemophilia and preventing birth of hemophilia babies (currently being executed).

3. Execution of national and basic plan to prevent the transfer of contagious & viral diseases (currently being conducted).

4. Construction, equipping and commissioning the largest and most comprehensive hemophilia hospital with an infrastructure of 5000 m., with the comprehensive, free of charge services for hemophilic patients and those suffering from refractory disease. The location of the executive and operational staff head quarters of the above said national projects as well as the establishment of information bank of patients (currently being executed) should be taken into consideration.

5. Financial, social and treatment support to suffering hemophilia patients, payment of treatment expenses, transportation to Hospitals as well as cash and non-monetary helps.
